Plans

CBERA currently administers four retirement plans.

Defined Contribution Plan

Plan A – a multiple employer 401(k) plan

Participants fund their Plan A accounts by deferring a percentage of their pre-tax compensation, up to 75%, which is then invested according to each individual's goals and tolerance for risk. In many cases, employers contribute matching contributions to participants' accounts. The tax-deferred aspect of Plan A investment earnings, along with the power of compounding investment returns, helps to maximize the efficiency and growth of participants' retirement savings. Roth 401(k) contributions are also available as an option to build non-taxable balances that can be withdrawn during retirement.

Through its partnership with T. Rowe Price, CBERA offers a wide variety of funds, including a brokerage service, in which participants may invest their retirement assets. In addition to the T. Rowe Price funds Plan A offers, participants may also invest in a US small cap fund and an international equity fund selected by the Board of Trustees and managed by firms different from T. Rowe Price.

The total value of Plan A assets, as of September 30, 2017: $504.9 Million. Plan A funds are managed by the following: T. Rowe Price, Baltimore, MD: Stable Value Fund, Spectrum Income Fund, Blue Chip Growth Fund, Equity Income Fund, Mid-Cap Growth Fund, S & P Index Fund, Retirement Balanced Fund (formerly Retirement Income Fund), Retirement 2005 Fund, Retirement 2010 Fund, Retirement 2015 Fund, Retirement 2020 Fund, Retirement 2025 Fund, Retirement 2030 Fund, Retirement 2035 Fund, Retirement 2040 Fund, Retirement 2045 Fund, Retirement 2050 Fund, Retirement 2055 Fund and Retirement 2060 Fund.

Templeton Institutional Funds, Ft. Lauderdale, FL: International Equity Fund.

Defined Benefit Plans

Plan C, Institution for Savings and Adams Community Bank - Pension Plans

Unlike Plan A, defined benefit pension plans, participants do not have "accounts" that fluxuate in value according to each individual's contributions and investment decisions. Rather, a person's pension benefit is a promise to provide a certain benefit at retirement, the amount of which is determined by a formula that considers factors such as length of service and salary history. The pension plans are funded completely by the employers (participants do not make contributions). The normal form of payment at retirement is in the form of an annuity. Participants receive annual statements each Spring, which include an estimate of their benefits at retirement.

The pension plans trust assets are invested in the CBERA Group Trust.

The total value of the CBERA Group Trust, assets at September 30, 2017: $369.6 Million

Group Trust assets are managed by the following:

QS Investors, Boston, MA

Templeton International Equity Fund, Ft. Lauderdale, FL: International Equities
